Symptom narrative

After two vaccines, patient reported lightheadedness and soon after passed out on the chair (never hitting head or falling), she slumped over and started tremoring/convulsing. She convulsed for around 30 seconds and then recovered being active and aware. She then convulsed again for another 30 secs. Between episodes about one minute. Patient is not pregnant, not a diabetic. She did report that it was suspected that she was an epileptic but never fully diagnosed.
