Symptom narrative

Soreness in shoulder and arm that did not go away. The soreness was particular to the location of the shot. The arm was very sore for a few days and then reduced somewhat but has never gone away completely. I still have limitations in the use of my arm that received the shot. Specifically, when standing with my left arm at my side, I struggle to lift the arm away and up from my body. Also, for example, it is difficult for me to lift the blankets off of my body when getting up in the morning.
