Patient complained of dizziness approximately 10 min post immunization, approximately 2 minutes later chest tightness and mild SOB. Emergency response from acute care clinic was activated, transported to treatment room via wheelchair. BP 120/86 HR 75 RR 18 O2Sat 98%. Patient began complaining of nausea, refused epinephrine. EMS called for transport to ED. Given diphenhydramine 50mg V, received approximately 300mL NS prior to EMS arrival. After discharge, patient reached out, received epinephrine in hospital, and stated same day discharge with no remaining complications. FU with physician today, was referred to allergist
