Symptom narrative

First 5 day extreme dizziness. Later racing heart rate, blood pressure changes, blacks out and passes out. Has been to emergency room many many times. Vision flips. Can't walk straight. Has been diagnosed with POTS,dysoninomia. Hand go numb. Extremely dizzy 24 hours a day 7 days a week since receiving this vaccine.
