Symptom narrative

Left Shoulder Pain: - Persistent internal left shoulder pain since TDAP injection in June of 2025 - Onset immediately after tetanus shot; no prior shoulder pain - Pain triggered by movement, especially pushing or pressing motions (e.g., overhead pressing, push-ups) - Lateral raises tolerated without pain; incline presses sometimes less uncomfortable - Able to raise arm overhead but limited to 30-50% of usual overhead activity before pain becomes prohibitive - Pain worsens with continued activity and can be triggered by weightless overhead motion - Interferes with workouts and daily activities; not unbearable but bothersome - No pain with touch; full range of motion, though certain movements increase discomfort - Denies fever, swelling, or redness in the affected area
