Patient received Hib #3 & flu #2. Was well appearing at the time of visit. Mother reports that patient developed postprandial vomiting within 1 hours of receiving the vaccine. Mother attempted to breastfeed 5 time throughout the day which was immediately followed by large volume, non-bloody, non-bilious emesis. Vomiting was the color of milk. Patient was brought to the ER and had 2 additional episodes. No concurrent fever, flu-symptoms, or diarrheal illness. Abdominal exam in the ER was documented as "reassuring." Patient received Zofran and late in the evening tolerated breast feeding without emesis. Denies any wheezing, shortness of breath, or rash during this time
