Symptom narrative

Pre-syncopal episode requiring an ER visit. He developed a sudden onset of dyspnea and weakness, requiring him to sit down. He felt woozy, slight headache, couldn't do his singing performance. He was lightheaded. EMTs were called. He was found to have a low blood pressure and dehydration. Blood sugar was normal. He received IV fluids. Found to have acute kidney injury likely from dehydration. Improved. He feels better since the visit. He continues to have a headache. I am repeating his labs today.
