1/16 got Flu Tri PF vaccine, Meningitus vaccine MenQuadfi ACWY 1/17 started feeling sick. Symptoms included headache with light sensitivity, chills, body aches, and a fever over 103°F. 1/18 too sick to work. 1/19 holiday. fever over 103°F. 1/20 too sick to go to school.
