A 73-year-old male patient received rsv vaccine prot.subunit pref 2v (ABRYSVO), on 21Jan2026 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PRURITUS (non-serious) with onset 26Jan2026, outcome "unknown", described as "reaction of itching at the site of injection"; VACCINATION SITE ERYTHEMA (non-serious) with onset 26Jan2026, outcome "unknown", described as "reaction of redness at the site of injection"; VACCINATION SITE SWELLING (non-serious) with onset 26Jan2026, outcome "unknown", described as "reaction of swelling at the site of injection". Additional information: They administered Abrsyvo to a patient on 21Jan2026 and yesterday (26Jan2026), the patient started to have a reaction of redness, itching and swelling at the site of injection. The reporter stated she would have expected that reaction within the 24-48 hours, but she called to double check since it started 5 days after the vaccination.
