Symptom narrative

2 days after vaccine developed left arm, neck, left scapula and axillary nerve pain, left arm weakness and heaviness associated muscle sparks and numbness of the left thumb, index and third finger. Treatment: oral steroids times 2 rounds, injectable steroids times o e dose, Pregablin, Diclofenac oral, Toradol times one injectable, Tizandine and Tramadol. MRI. Duration of illness: Six weeks.

Current illness

2 days after vaccine developed left arm, neck, left scapula and axillary nerve pain, left arm weakness and heaviness associated muscle sparks and numbness of the left thumb, index and third finger.

Medical history

Hypertension, hyperlipids, anxiety, fibromyalgia, neck and lumbar stenosis, arthritis.

Other medications

Triamterene/HCTZ, AMLODIPINE, PRAVASTIN, DULOXITINE, COLACE, CENTRUM SILVER, VITAMIN D3, MAGNESIUM,

Allergies

Morphine, Minocycline, Codeine

Lab data

MRI done on November 2, 2025 this test show evidence of an old neck injury. The physicians initially thought it was related to the finding found on the MRI but there had been no exacerbation of the neck injury prior to the vaccine.
