Symptom narrative

I administered a vaccine today that had expired 10/25/25. Patient was made aware of my error, the manufacturer was called to receive recommendations, which were to receive another valid vaccine. Patient given recommendations and plans to receive another dose of the vaccine. The box of expired vaccines was removed from our stock.
