Symptom narrative

Mom called On way home - small red hives on face near the eye. Upon arrival - hives larger and on R side of face. On chin as well. 3 hives emerging on R side of neck as talking. 2.5ml of cetirizine administered. Gradual improvement in hives. No wheeze. No irritability once calmed . Talking easily. Flu and hep A were administered. Site of injection not inflamed or red. Most likely flu reaction given timing. Insert reviewed w/ mom - egg free. Pt eating egg wrap easily. Entered allergy. Consider allergy consult in future as needed. Benadryl every hour if itchy and can't sleep. O/w zyrtec 2.5ml bid x 5d. Hives may cont to wax and wane
