Patient presented for routine primary care. After meeting criteria for RSV vaccine, this was given to her for RSV infection prevention. 1 week later she presented to the clinic with a large area of induration in the area where the vaccine was administered. Patient had not other signs or symptoms of infection, or systemic disease. She was instructed to do local supportive care to the area as well as systemic analgesic such as Tylenol and to report back if her pain worsened or if she was generally feeling unwell.
