Symptom narrative

Patient's dad called our office and let us know that Monday evening (1/26/26) patient became fussy and spiked a fever of 102.8 F so they have been treating it with OTC tylenol, but he has continued to have a low grade fever. Then Tuesday (1/27/26) he began having diarrhea which has continued into today. The patient's dad just wants to monitor and treat him at home at this time.
