Symptom narrative

The patient started experiencing dizziness and sweating after receiving the vaccines. She remained seated with the pharmacy technician, drank some water, and then briefly fainted. She regained consciousness quickly and stayed seated for several minutes until she felt better. The patient stated this has happened in the past when she had blood drawn. She also stated she hadn't eaten all day.
