Symptom narrative

Right after the patient got her second Shingrix shot, she ended up with a migraine. At 2 hours after vaccination she had body aches, and at 12 hours afterwards she experienced shivers. 30 hours after the shot she felt like she was moving in slow motion and couldn't move quickly even if she tried, she couldn't speak (speech was coming out slow), and had double vision and dizziness. She couldn't walk because of the dizziness. She couldn't swallow, her breathing was labored and it felt like she had to forcefully breathe in and out. She couldn't find her phone to call her husband and suspects she passed out. Woke up around 2 hours later with all symptoms resolved except for the migraine and muscle aches. She didn't get seen by a provider because everything resolved at that point but expected side effects so she let me know about the reaction today when she came into the pharmacy.
