Symptom narrative

Patient reported chest pain on 2/7/2022, reported to the ER on 2/8/22. ER completed an EKG and determined a Left Bundle Branch Block occurred. Patient followed up with a cardiologist who then ordered a chemical stress test. Patient has had intermittent symptoms since & followed up with new cardiologist 1/28/2026. This cardiologist gave patient a diagnosis of post covid vaccine myocarditis that resulted in a left bundle branch block.
