Symptom narrative

I was given the vaccine and it was a little painful. I figured the pain would go away but it only got worse. I have been in severe pain since I had the injection. The pain radiates down my arm and up to my neck. I called the pharmacy and was told to take Advil. They did an incident report. I went clinic . They did x-rays and I was given muscle relaxers. They put my arm in a sling and then was told to contact my doctor. I went to my PCP on 1/19/26. I was ordered to have a MRI on 1/20/26. It showed tendonitis of the supraspinatus tendon. I now have to see a surgeon in Feb 2026.
