PAIN AT INJECTION SITE, MILD REDNESS/WARMTH TO L DELTOID , "TIGHT", SWELLING- NO FEVER, able to use and move arm but local tenderness at site.. Treated with Ibuprofen/NSAID, ice pack to site and elevation of arm--outcome pending but typically resolves within 2-3 days
