pt was seen at the Walk In Clinic 01/29/2026 for urticaria. pt presented with generalized body rash for 1 day. Skin was scattered raised erythematous wheals noted to patient's torso, back, arms, and upper thighs. pt given Influenza and Covid vaccine 01/27/2026.

Current illness

pt saw the Walk In Clinic 01/18/2026 for phimosis of the penis and prescribed betamethasone topical. pt followed up with pediatrician office 01/22/2026 and diagnosed with balanitis. pt was prescribed Mupirocin topical instead of betamethasone.
