Vomiting projectile

Symptom narrative

Patient had just finished being breastfed by mom, mom had been trying to calm baby entire visit. Rotateq was first vaccine given. After administration, she seemed like she was going to spit up, mom picked her up and turned her over so she was upright, and she immediately projectile vomited vaccine and breast milk. All happened within a minute of administration. Once baby had stopped, cleaned her up, and laid her back on exam table. No more vomiting occurred and she was given the rest of her 2 months vaccines with no issue.
