Symptom narrative

After vaccination, patient stood up and after a few seconds she started to pass out/fall. She was caught by reporter and father and placed in a chair. Once she came around, she then threw up. Patient was kept in the office for about 10 minutes and had no other adverse reactions. Stated she felt fine before leaving.
