Patient 1 year female with acute cellulitis and fever. Recommendations as below: Acute cellulitis Recommend utilizing the Lovebug Baby probiotic daily for gut health and restoration. Would recommend monitoring for any worsening swelling, redness, pain, drainage. Would also recommend DGL Vaxclear for 2-4 weeks to help with detoxing from the vaccine. Start clindamycin 75 mg/5 mL oral solution 6.8 mL every 8 hours for 5 days Fever in child Monitor fever trend. Ensure spreading out and decreasing. May allow to fever, up to 103/4+ F. If uncomfortable, impacting breathing, and eating/drinking may consider antipyretic treatment (ie. ibuprofen). Use epsom salt baths 1/2 cup soak for 20 min add in 1 Tbs Baking soda, no soap, every other day for fever reducing. Use 1-2 drop EO Peppermint with carrier oil to spine and feet. Recommend immune support with Tuff Play 1/2 dropper daily for 5-7 days.
