Symptom narrative

Patient came in stating that her arm is still sore 2 weeks after getting her vaccine. She stated that she is unable to lift her arm above shoulder height without lots of pain or when she is getting out of bed. I advised her to follow up with her doctor and that it may take up to 8 weeks to heal if it was nerve related.
