Pt reports that he received the vaccine around 1130 am and then noticed itching on his arms while he was driving back to work. When he got back to work he checked his arms and noticed a rash on his arms, legs, and armpits. Pt reports that the rash is itchy and his arms felt warm. He think he noticed the itching and warmth within 30 minutes of receiving the vaccine. Pt contacted his medical team approximately 3-4 hours after the vaccination was given and was seen by a Flight Surgeon. The Flight Surgeon assessed the patient and determined anaphylaxis was unlikely and treated with antihistamines. Pt given low-threshold for ER precautions.
