Migratory urticarial rash post vaccination Patient had 2 vaccines last week at wellness visit. Rash showed up later that night and has been moving around his upper torso to head since. Sometimes itching him but mainly no symptoms. Has not worsened but is continuously migrating and changing so patient's Mother has concerns about it. Likely a reaction to a vaccine component. Needs formal allergy evaluation, referral was placed. Since the rash isn't bothering him just let it run its course, or can take allegra daily for 2 weeks to keep suppression on it. If he worsens or has trouble breathing/swallowing should be seen.
