The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, past medications and concomitant medications were not reported. On 27-Jan-2026, the patient was vaccinated with improperly stored dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) suspension for injection, 0.50 ml, lot# Z011088, expiration date: 06-Aug-2027 (dose number, route of administration and anatomical location were not reported), for prophylaxis (Product storage error). On an unknown date before administration, the vaccine underwent a temperature excursion of 47 degrees Fahrenheit (F) (46.6 F) for 88 hours. There was no previous temperature excursion. No additional adverse event was reported.
