four-month-old male child was given a KINRIX instead of a PEDIATRIX; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of wrong vaccine administered in a 4-month-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 4L454, expiry date 16-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included DTPa-HBV-IPV (Pediarix) for prophylaxis. On 28-JAN-2026, the patient received Kinrix (right thigh) .5 ml. The patient did not receive Pediarix. On 28-JAN-2026, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced wrong vaccine administered (Verbatim: four-month-old male child was given a KINRIX instead of a PEDIATRIX).
