Symptom narrative

Patient was inadvertently administered a Shingrix vaccine instead of a Twinrix vaccine. Patient had received Shingrix in 2021 and 2022 and was not due for the additional dose. The patient did not experience any immediate adverse side effects, and on follow up one week later had not experienced any adverse effects from receiving the additional vaccine.
