Symptom narrative

Patient called 1/30/26 and stated that he has muscular shoulder pain that's radiating. It started out as injection site reaction and it's spreading. I counseled patient that it's one of the possible side effects and it may get better in few days (He's on day 2). However, because he is concerned and pain is radiating, I advised him to go see doctor.

Clarithromycin, Cyclobenzaprine, Sulfa, Tizanidine
