The patient experienced an episode about 2 hours after receiving his 4 month vaccines. The event was described as starting with fussiness and unusual crying, followed by the color draining from the face, limpness, turning blue, and becoming unresponsive. The episode lasted approximately four minutes. By the time emergency services arrived, the patient was pale but beginning to regain alertness. The patient had not had any previous similar episodes. He was evaluated in ED, work up included Head CT, viral PCR testing, CBC, CMP, CRP, procalcitonin and EKG which were not concerning. He was observed overnight and discharged home. Since discharge home on 8/1, he was been otherwise acting normally. Some concerns about decreased stooling but otherwise feeding well, no fever, good urine output
