Left backside of arm where injection was given SQ began bothering her a day later 2 inch long x 1 inch wide slightly raised pink/red area, with 1/2 inch white induration surrounding the pink/red area. Warm to touch. Team member came to Employee Health 01/30/26 at 2:27 pm to be seen. Temp taken at 98.5, b/p 127/85, pulse 75, RR 16. Team member given acetaminophen 325 mg x 2 with water. Cold compress x2 given to team member. One cold and the other not. I have given her the workman comp coordinator's telephone number in the event she needs to follow up with us and be seen by the NP. Team member also has Employee health's number. Team member has the VIS sheet published 01/31/25. I have reviewed the risks of vaccination reactions with Team member. She has been instructed not to be around infants with people with immunosuppressed problems until rash goes away. No symptoms of fainting, dizzyness, vison changes, ringing in the ears, or headaches. Discomfort at the site. Pain level 6 out of 10. Has improved since tylenol was given.
