Symptom narrative

Was well until approximately 1 pm and began to be fussy and had 5 back to back episodes of projectile vomiting within 20 minutes of each other. Became very tired and less responsive to mom and was not acting normally so took her to the ER. She was monitored in the ER and had normal exam so was sent home. She had also had a small amount of peanut butter for the first time that morning without reactions or symptoms prior to the 1 pm time frame.
