Symptom narrative

No adverse reaction was had. Quadracel was given instead of the recommended Daptacel. Tolerated well with no adverse reactions. Mom aware. Patient was checked on today and doing well other than viral cold symptoms, including runny nose, cough, fever, fussiness, and reports malaise. A visit was offered and declined by mom.
