Symptom narrative

06/24/21 100% thrombus occlusion of the mid distal RCA. Angioplastied and thrombectomy. 06/28/2021 while in the CICU on Heparin once again 90% thrombus of the mid distal RCA. Angioplastied and thrombectomy and installed a stent. 11/17/2024 after being off 5mg effient for 5 days and than back on it for 2 days. had 100% thrombus occlusion of the mid distal RCA in the stent. Angioplastied and thrombectomy the stent and put back on 10mg Effient.

Lab data

01/06/2025 had complete bloodwork done to rule out a blood disorder with a hematologist. Blood work came back good. 03/06/2025 Went back into the catherization lab for exploratory to see if they could find anything wrong inside during a non emergency procedure. Nothing was found. 05/19/2025 a SARS COV-2 SEMI QUANT igG Ab was performed and I had a result of 789 AU/ml. Same test was just performed 01/09/2026 and i maxed out the test at >2500U/ML. In the meantime I have had autoimmune issues going on with my face and facial glands. I cannot come off the Effient or I start to clot.
