Rash - The rash was first observed 3 days ago, characterized by red bumps that later became fluid-filled. - There was no evidence of fluid drainage or leakage from the rash. - One of the rashes had a larger, puffy, red circle around it last night, which appeared to have improved this morning with the disappearance of the red circle. - The child does not exhibit any signs of itching. - She has been eating, drinking, and sleeping well. - The child received a varicella vaccine on 1/7 prior to the onset of the rash
