Symptom narrative

Fluad, High Dose, Trivalent. Lot: 407251. NDC: 7046102503. Administered to right shoulder on 10-24-2025. Next day developed severe right upper arm pain. No skin reaction. Pain continued for 3 months. Difficult to use right shoulder. Went to see orthopedic surgeon who said flu shot may have been administered into the bursa.

Saw orthopedic surgeon. Had xrays. Received steroid shot and physical therapy. Still with pain and difficulty using the right shoulder.
