10/22/2025: received shot, no pain at site of injection, no shoulder pain that day. 10/23/2025, awoke around 6am to a slight headache and feeling "fluish" but no fever, mild weakness. 10/24/2025 was awakened by joint pain and inflamation in my hands, elbows, knees, my left Achilles and both feet, but in different areas. I treated the pain by taking a hot soak, then ice and elevation of my Knees and feet for three weeks before my swelling of the achilles subsided.Ibuprofen helped manage the pain, but I had difficulty supporting my weight with my hands and while bending my knees. Walking was unbearable for approximately 4 weeks, now its painful consistently in my right foot. My second injection date was approaching, so I contacted the pharmacist where I receieved the first injection. He said my reaction was abnormal and that I should see my doctor. I tred to ween myself from taking Ibuphofen, but the pain was so intense from my joints that I went to Urgent Care on 12/27/2025. The doctor reviewed my concerns and approved me seeing a Primary Care doctor. I was examined by him, he determined that I was not suffering from nerve pain, but could not rule out tendons, or possibly arthritis. I am still taking ibuphofen to make it through the day. I never had joint pain or stiffness. At 60, probably because I have had an active life, sitting on floors, kneeling, stooping, pulling and lifing has never been a problem. Now, my foot hurts if the blanket is resting on it, my knees hurt as I climb and descend stairs and I do not have the ability to make a tight fist, or open small or tight caps. I took the Shingles vaccine because of my age and because a few family members and friends caught shingles and had a tough time. Now I am having trouble doing things that were less that effortless. I also have left shoulder pain and weakness, usually in the morning and my neck and back of my scalp feels tight if I lean forward of bend my head to look down. I am hoping that this will go away, but I don't know what I am dealing with. I was perfectly fine before the vaccine.
