pain, redness, warmth, blistering at site of TDAP administration two days after administration. Pt was diagnosed with cellulitis and given prescriptions for diphenhydramine and cephalexin. Copied directly from OV note: "-Gave mother and father strict ER precautions -Outlined border of cellulitis and advised them if they see any streaking or if redness goes outside of the circle take patient to the ER -Informed mother to start antibiotics today -Mother can use Tylenol or ibuprofen if patient starts to develop pain Return in about 3 days (around 10/9/2023) for F/U right arm cellulitis. Patient expressed understanding of all of the information discussed and agreed with plan."
