Symptom narrative

Patient states that the vaccine was not administered properly. Patient states that she had loss of range of motion to the arm within minutes of receiving the injection and that it became very difficult to lift her arm up when she went to get her arm back into the sleeve of her blouse. She states that the shot was very painful when it was given to her and that she believes the injection may have been given too high or that it was given in the bone rather than in the muscle. She states that the injection site is still very painful the next day. Patient reports that she has been taking ibuprofen for the pain in her arm.
