Symptom narrative

Fever, chills, headache and pain at the injection site of the left arm and in the left axilla (lymph nodes) for 3-4 days after injection. Treatment included alternating acetaminophen and ibuprofen. Rash developed at the injection site down the upper arm in a blotchy pattern and lasted 3 days. Treated with diphenhydramine (oral) and hydrocortizone cream applied to the site of the rash.
