patient developed urticarial rash on left thigh approximately 48 hours after immunization. spread to left leg, right leg, buttocks, and mild on trunk within hours. no fever. no cough, wheeze, trouble breathing. no anaphylaxis. no syncope. Otherwise appeared well.
