Patient was sitting in our lab chair awaiting her Lab draw and immunizations. She was asked if she was ok with both procedures and she said yes, she would be fine. She then received both immunizations by the MA. She was talking to MA and then MA noticed that she looked pale. Patient stated that she felt faint and MA got her an ice pack and then she became syncopal for approximately 5 seconds and then came back to consciousness without loss of bladder or bowels. She was reclined in the chair, ice packs placed on the back of her neck. Set of vitals were done and WDL. She was diaphoretic. Provided with Juice and pretzels. She reported after the immunization that she has had a syncopal episode before with an immunization. She waited in our chair for approximately 15-20 min until she felt that she was Ok to leave the clinic.
