Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Chills-Medium, Systemic: Confusion-Severe, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Severe, Systemic: Exhaustion / Lethargy-Severe, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Fever-Severe, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Severe, Systemic: Shakiness-Severe, Systemic: Weakness-Severe, Additional Details: 911 was called for assistance, pt experienced the above symptoms immediately after receiving the 3 vaccines. pt was assessed to have low pulse, ice packs were applied to forehead and back of neck. The patient recovered and walked out of the retail setting after the paramedics assisted and helped the patient.
