Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Medium, Additional Details: PAtient recieved 6 vaccinations - ipol (lot y1d03p, IM) and boostrix (lot e9x9a, IM) post vaccination, patient was unresponsive but breathing. Almost like he was in a deep sleep, he started sweating and peed on himself. Within 10 minutes, patient woke up and stated that this reaction occured previously while he was getting blood drawn and he might be afraid of needles.
