Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Shoulder Joint Injury (prolonged pain, tingling, etc.)-Medium, Additional Details: pt reeived the first dose @ 24-12 [withheld address] for Trumenba on 06/26/25 and then scheduled an appt on 01/14 for the second dose and received Bexsero. pt did not notify the rph that a first dose was given to him. He is now complaining about pain.
