Swelling, redness, warmth with nodule formation at site of injection. Initial discomfort & malaise developed 1/22 (same day as injection). Patient seen by this RN on 1/26/26 regarding continued discomfort, warmth & nodule formation at injection site. Patient scheduled for medical visit with provider for evaluation.
