Symptom narrative

Patient received a duplicate vaccine. She already had the RSV vaccine 11/03/2025. It was not in system, but she had received it at another Pharmacy. We received an email from corporate of possible duplicate vaccine. Patient was notified. She said she did not have any serious side effects. Just reported soreness at vaccine site similar to previous dose.
