Symptom narrative

bloody stools and vomiting began 2 days after vaccination (1/29) requiring hospitalization for dehydration and po intolerance on 1/31. suspected intussusception although not captured on abdominal ultrasound. bloody stools resolved on 2/1 but continues with emesis after feeds.
