Patient reports symptoms include tingling, numbness, and occasional sharp/"electrical" pain in the right shoulder that radiates down the arm into the fingertips. Patient rates pain up to 9/10 with palpation of the right shoulder down to her fingertips. ? Symptoms worse at night and when not moving (patient also later reported tingling when moving ? timeline/description inconsistent). ? Low energy, and reports that OTC Tylenol/ibuprofen provide some relief. ? Patient states symptoms may be getting a little worse. ? Vaccine given 01/06/2026. ? Patient and interpreter was present but some details remain unclear. ? Patient initially reported onset after lifting weights during PT; also reported fever and body aches for two days after injection then followed by tingling; at other times stated symptoms began immediately after the injection. Onset is slightly unclear. ? Clinical actions taken: ? Visual inspection and palpation of the injection site performed; no obvious local abnormality noted on inspection. Palpation reproduced 9/10 pain radiating to fingertips. ? I contacted the patient?s provider?s office to notify them and request an appointment; no response yet and patient has not yet seen a clinician since onset of symptoms. .
